[Content Warning - violence] “no notoriety” campaign

This is a campaign to not give serial killers the satisfaction of publicity - i.e., notoriety, which I also extend (as a secondary news source) to violent extremists (nor give the latter the satisfaction of being referred to as t_r_rr_sts).
