“Briefing for the Landing on Planet Earth”

A book (pub. Corgi, 1979; ISBN 10: 0 552 10997 5, ISBN 13: 9780552109970 [first pub. W. H. Allen, 1977 – may have been called “Prelude for the Landing on Planet Earth”] ) written by that Stuart Holroyd which discusses the contact - via mediumship - by a group of advanced extraterrestrial civilisations headed by a “Council of Nine” and a group of humans centred around medium Phyllis V. Schlemmer, scientist Andrija Puharich, and philanthropist & performance/growth coach Sir John Whitmore.

The humans, particularly but not exclusively the three central people, use meditation to generate and direct psychic energy for the purpose of peace on the mundane world.
